Raised in Southeast Texas, Charlotte understands the numerous intangible benefits of Texas living, including its connectiveness, culture, and diversity. As an executive Pastor having graduated from Midwest Seminary in Sikeston, Missouri with a Bachelor of Bible Theology and Master of Theology, Charlotte acknowledges the benefit of understanding your audience and addressing their personal needs. After spending several years with the City of Port Arthur and serving on the city’s economic development committee, she received first-hand experience on real estate developments and opportunities.

Through all of her commitment and dedication to the betterment of her community, Charlotte has also co-founded Love At Work Academy, Inc. a non-profit agency dedicated to the empowerment and advocation of probated youth and Global Drug and Alcohol Solutions, Inc., a drug and alcohol testing center. She also currently serves on the City Council at-large Position 7 and Mayor Pro-Tem.
